Missed call from pip

in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA

Hello

Just had a missed call from 0800 260 0700 which is health assessment form pip. I am due a review been waiting 14 months now and received a text saying maximus haas have it but I haven't had an assessment scheduled anyone know what it would be for? I don't answer calls alone and didn't have anyone with me will they text or call back or can I call them?

    Potentially to ask you some questions to see if a paper based assessment can be completed or to offer an appointment for an assessment.

    Other than that I can only guess what they wanted. If you haven’t already rang them you can ring them anytime.

    I see. Will get somebody to call them on my behalf tomorrow then. Seems a bit strange to call to offer an assessment though thought they usually textand sent a letter. Do you know if they call back if you miss a call?

    Sometimes if an appointment becomes available they may ring to ask if you want it, especially if it’s short notice. I’m not saying this is why they rang, like I said I’m really only guessing

    They may ring back but I can’t say for sure.

    They called.me back at 9.15 this morning, I answered and it immediately disconnected 🙄 It's like everything they do is designed to add more stress to the process.

    Just got a family.memwber to call them, they were trying to do it without an assesment so but have now put it through for an assessment next week so just my luck I guess. Oh well at least it'll be in time to lose my money for Christmas 😀

    I have had two missed call from this number too, no message or assessment booked sent review forms back last December

    but you can’t call them back on this number. It doesn’t work! How do you call them back?

    The number I've got in my 'phone for PIP General Enquiries is

    0800 121 4433

    I've not rang them for c 2 years though so hopefully it is still the same number.

    thanks!! No doubt they have a number scrambler on it or something ridiculous. Being an evil contractor for DWP doing their dirty work! Special place in hell secured for them.
