Have you tried CAB ?
It would be a lot easier to explain with the SOR to read

believe it or not the only cab in Birmingham is not disabled friendly there is no disabled parking and there is a flight of stares and your not allowed to use the disabled wheelchair lift if your on crutches

Hi @100clive
Welcome to our online comunity/website.
We have got some benefit advisors here on our website.
I will forward your post to them to see if they can help ??
Hi @BenefitsTrainingCo
Can you please offer me some help with this post ???

Hi 100Clive I do believe it, the assessment centre I have to go to uses the second floor so if say I can't get down 82 steps in an emergency I have to get to a different town. GP won't write letters for home assessment. Does the report have a lot of abbreviations in it, I get stuck with them! There are on line sites specialising in helping with PIP and ESA one of them would help I'm sure as I've had recent help with a PIP Tribunal from them.
-
i just need someone to read the letter and make some sence of it I have read it several times and its full of contradictions its full of irrelevant info and its hiding the reason -- eg mr jones is hard of hearing --whats that got to do with my mobilerty -- I still say they are using the info from the pip assessor which is a lie on most parts

At my husband's Tribunal we tried to bring up the assessor's descrepancies but we weren't allowed. The assessor wasn't there and it wasn't discussed further.
-
that's what happened at my tribunal -- they completely ignored what I said about the assessor she lied about my answers I told the judge she had manipulated my replys -- she even described me as a strong muscular man I am 27 stone no way she could describe me as muscular

I am not experienced or qualified enough to be able to offer you any advice. I don't know your age but when I needed some advice and was getting desperate I rang Age Concern who explained things. They also managed to get a CAB appointment for me. I know that Benefits Advisors are on here sometimes. Possibly a phone call instead of a visit to CAB might help. I know that the way they word things is not easy I spent many hours getting ready for my husband's Tribunal. I hope that someone can help make things a bit clearer.

i was hoping for someone on here to help me iam totally unable to understand the wording on the letter its all double talk to me --oh and I am 56
-
Age concern have been really helpful, I think you just have to be over 50 so you could give them a call. Good luck.

Without seeing it it is impossible to try. Do you want to post it on here for all to see ?

Any complaint about the assessor should be made to their proffesional body, AP and or the DWP

Sorry, we're doing the best we can to find a way to help you. Our helpline is very busy, so it can be hard to get through.
