After tomorrow, I'll be taking some days off from this site so I can recharge my batteries. I hope you'll consider doing something similar if its making you feel ill. Coping with the unknown is so difficult for a lot of us, which makes the government's current approach especially cruel and inhumane.

No, Marrs numbers are Labour rebels only.

Wouldn't surprise me given how she's been applauding her own efforts since the government gave a little ground.

I'm just plain angry to be honest, sick of the BS, sick of the lies, sick of the gaslighting nonsense.
If these cowardly barstools just came out and said "We hate Disabled people" then I would have more respect for them instead they do this covert **** which we can all see through.
Imagine going into a job centre in the future, it will become frequently chaotic with people having mental breakdowns after being given sanctions or people attacking work coaches and security staff, I see it all happening and I'm scared thinking about it.
Labour are willing to put the wellbeing of the public at risk with this nonsense too.

I could be wrong but it’s obviously not Rachel maskell . It’s annoying me as I can’t find it now but I’m sure it was sky news. Either way she pulled the amendment and said she was voting fir the bill after bringing the amendment so it’s obvious it was to save her job

I wonder what was also promised which they left out and why are they voting for the bill when starmers already gone back on one concession

I think I'll do the same if I can pull myself away from the worry for a while. Just try to forget about it all for a few days and focus on something less stressful.

I know it's been a really stressful time this year 😪

does anyone know what time the vote will be tomorrow? Thanks.

Watching it, Kendall said reassessments would be under new conditions. And then contradictions, she fell totally fell apart. I’m afraid she doesn’t know her own detail. So the concept of concessions protecting existing claimants is utter nonsense. Who knows what these so called ‘pathways’ mean as well, no detail and no detail on ESA.
This needs to stop now, it needs proper consultation, full detail and a transparent debate that’s aside from this manipulation of Parliamentary process which is currently going on. It’s extremely serious for lives going forward and the Labour party pushing forward to comply with some arbitrary fiscal rules while not consulting is despicable.

There’s a post on here where the dwp wrote a letter explaining Kendall was wrong. Existing claimants stay within the old rules even if they have a reassessment or ask for a reassessment

What worries me more is what the bill they want to get through would be paving the way for, which won't require any legislation and which would make us totally at the mercy of the DWP!

I need a break too , we all do . Let’s face it this has been a year of this now since Sunak and Mel stride . Then a brief period when we thought we were safe until Starmer made his intentions clear by not making his intentions clear so we just second guessed everything. I really pray they lose tmrw and if the back benches had any sense they’d vote down just to get rid of starmer
2 -
So she presented in the Commons and was delivering incorrect detail about her own Bill? Oh dear. Thanks for letting me know, I’ve been trying to get on top of it all but it’s difficult.

When Starmer used to demonise the WCA and later on put welfare reforms into his manifesto, many of us thought that he was doing so on compassionate grounds and that he would improve and make life less difficult for the sick and disabled people!
Not many of us have ever imagined that these evil changes were on their way!

Regardless of how tomorrow turns out, it could and probably will all change come the next General Election.

Hi everyone. I have been following this link and feel that in addition to our contacting our own MPs it might send a loud message if we emailed every MP. Especially as many of us have MPs who will support this bill tomorrow. I found a legitimate web site which lists every MP including email contacts:
This appears to be a government website and I feel this issue is urgent enough for people to send polite emails to everyone with a vote on this.
Anyone clicking on the above link will find a .csv type file which can be downloaded. It can be opened as a spreadsheet in excel or numbers or similar program. I selected the cells containing email addresses and pasted them into the my email "to" . There are over 6 hundred emails which will probably exceed recipient limits but even sending batches would be good if enough people do so.
I am including a letter template that I used, if anyone is interested.
I know this is very late in the day but anyone more rebel votes that can be recruited are worth having.
Good luck everyone.

It’s on her somewhere and probably online somewhere. It also said those on DLA who transfer over with be classed as existing claimant

I watched an interview this morning with a Tory I think Danny Kruger who said they want to stop young people claiming for MH instead of older people with physical conditions like labours doing . I could be wrong due to my brain fog but I’m sure it was Kruger
