How to find out if your on substantial risk for lwcra ? Can't find anywhere because if you on substantial risk for esa lwcra you won't qualify for severe category with labours changes

So are they wiping out substantial group for fit for work ? So in 2028 all that was in support group won't qualify under ssc and know we don't even know if having pip will secure that these these inhumane labour if this is so they will make more than 5 billion back pls someone tell me I'm wrong or explain I might be panicking

I agree luvpink. if I miss a day or two its really hard to follow what is happening. Maybe Scope could pin just a brief outline, bullet points of what's happening up to now but make it a post that cannot be replied to ? I don't know if they can or would do that but it might help.

I would say most people who are in the ESA / lcwra group are not there because of substantial risk..... I also have just read that people on cbesa / LCWRA but no pip should not expect there circumstances to change until 2028 / 2029 when the WCA gets scrapped and pip takes over.... It stated that this won't start happening till earliest April 2028 and that will be a phased process and it will be new claims first , so existing claiments nearly certainly won't hear anything about the new pip assessment till earliest back end of 2029 ..... No way I'm worrying like I have been for that long , time to take a break and just concentrate on our next wca

Pls look at my other post this is regarding eligibility for ssc uc if your deemed substantial risk under esa you won't meet ssc criteria for uc its all black and white
