12 months migration - what if UC50 not looked at in 12 months?

Hello,
I applied for UC when child tax credit ended, and I migrated. I took out a private pension from an old job as I could not cope with the fear of UC. So I now have savings above 16k. (not a fortune but enough to get essentials - i have a concrete floor in my living room, need major essential items etc and will still be just enough above that I won't be eligible) I therefore will only be on UC for the 12 months migration period. I will the have to live off my savings and make them last as long as possible which won't be easy.
So for this year I am on UC it means i dont have to start living off the savings yet - it won't last long, and I dread having to come back to this again, UC is just so awful.
I migrated in early January, and have been submitting fit notes from the first day. I submitted my UC50 form in mid feb. There has been no progress at all - My son called last month and was told no one has looked at it yet.
I am constantly in distress with the work coach calls, where I get told to do work activities and asked things such as how well I clean my house - which is a sensitive topic as I am physically disabled and I end up really feeling like a failure as a person. They have now changed the calls to work search reviews. My friend ends up speaking for me for the most of the call because I am usually in too much distress.
I have read that WCA's can take months and sometimes over a year. If mine takes as long as that, and my claim ends either because the 12 months is up or because I can't cope with the process and end the claim myself, what happens with the WCA? Does it get cancelled? I need this money for this year as I have no way of getting enough income so I am trying to bear with it, but with monthly work search appointments it is just too much.
If my claim ends without the WCA as it is still in the queue - would I still be assessed? or does it end and I just get removed from the queue when my claim ends?

Hi @beegirl90s sorry you've not had a response to this yet. You've mentioned your savings above 16k and the 12 month period. With you mentioning following the home improvements, it won't be much higher is there anything else you could spend the difference on in that time to bring it under and save the stress of coming off UC and then having to re-apply?
I'm sorry to hear about the distress the work coach calls are putting on you. Have you heard anymore news about your WCA assessment since this post?
