I have my friend who is placed in lcwra without end date on the letter but i am not understanding the assessor put on medical report saying to allow for further Gp input, review a review in 12 month would be appropraite what does that mean does it mean that he will need another assessment in 12 month. I also like to know i have another friend who has illness is saying is that does he needs to provide sicknote with UC50 capabilty for work questionair form? Thanks
