Due to chronically raised ck for last 18months now. Muscle weakness, aching muscles, also have osteoarthritis in hands and feet and currently waiting for appeal date for pip because I've had motability refused and had my much needed car taken.. so now I'm house bound and can't get out. So feeling a bit fed up at moment, so looking for people to chat and befriend.. Sara.

Hello Sara and welcome
Thanks for sharing , so sorry you are going though this.
How long have you been waiting for your appeal date ?
Have you rung the tribunal clerk ? They may be able to tell you the waiting time in your area. With so many people being forced to go to appeal the waiting time is getting longer.
Please if there is any help you need, let us know and we will try and help

The more I hear about these crazy decisions the more I don't understand how they can be honestly made. Then to make it worse,if thats possible, they take so long get to the right decision which must cost an absolute fortune. I cannot see how the Gov is saving money

I totally agree with you.. it must be costing a fortune and a massive back log of paperwork!

How did they think they were going to manage ?
Not only do they have new claims to process and existing time limited awards to reveiw, they have dragged back into the system people that they have already assessed as having life long debilitating conditions. Currently, it is thought that they are only about half way through the change over and already many people are being reveiwed again. Maybe fiscal aliens have taken over the government
