The plan to leave my care home and go into my supported living flat, is now in motion. I had a needs assessment and a flat viewing and today i received an application form for housing benefit.

Tough day for me. I ran out of pain killers (my fault), had little sleep last night (also my fault as mixed up morning and night meds) so felt like ive been walking through mud with a head of candyfloss.
I hope tomorrow is better!

Good morning. Doing better today so far. Though I started the day off at a sprint due to early doctors appointment. Now I'm having a rest so I can assess how many spoons I have left for today.
The tornado that is my dog Tez needs his walk at the very least!
What is everyone up to?

I am very fortunate and lucky to have a decent GP and surgery. I see my Gp every month or so as a safety net and because there are always things going wrong with my mind and body.
Part of the reason for this is the mental health service in my area is rubbish and offer no support so my GP has picked up some of that shortfall

I had a panic attack..I woke up rather shaken. I checked my account and found out one of the payments of housing benefits is like 50 something pounds less than normally get. It comes in two parts. I am assuming this will be the last payment until I get UC... But is this normal. I am scared the new UC when it rolls up all be a lot less...
