I had a panic attack..I woke up rather shaken. I checked my account and found out one of the payments of housing benefits is like 50 something pounds less than normally get. It comes in two parts. I am assuming this will be the last payment until I get UC... But is this normal. I am scared the new UC when it rolls up all be a lot less...
Anyway I hope I will feel better. I got my Fridays commitments. And will get back home at 5 as it gets busy. And another day. But all this is a torture. Not as hot so it helps to sleep a bit better .. have a nice day.

evening everyone, I hope you’re all okay.
Well my day started out well and then took a nose dive. 4 years ago I asked my Dr if he could arrange for me to have an x-ray of my hips. He said he would be laughed out of the hospital if he did this. My hips have been so painful to the point of me finding it difficult to walk. Then I’m not able to sleep due to feeling like I was lying on a brick. Anyway I saw a different Dr about 4 weeks ago and he immediately sent me for an x-ray of my hips! The results came back saying I have bone spurs an impingement. So he referred me to orthopaedics who have replied saying in the first instance physio is recommended. I have been having physio for the last 3/4 years off and on due to back pain. I got so upset because I feel like I have been in pain forever and they clearly didn’t know how long this has been going on. I feel like no one believes me and wondering do I imagine all this. Then to top it off they commented my BMI is high and have I considered lowering it. I am so upset and frustrated. I just don’t know where to turn or what to do. I’ve totally had enough. I seem to be going round in circles and just now getting anywhere. 😭

@westpest i have similar issues and yes it is very difficult to do x rays apparently. Issue again apparently is there are not people available to do it. so they will not sent people to xrays unless strictly necessary and they decided about who has priority or not. i deal with hospitals and not even the hospital. i will see my neurologist and i hope this time as he is a new one i think he might do it .. Maybe try to impose it . say vyou need it. and if not . change your g p .. i am not sure because it is frustrating.. point is they do not say not.. only they do not do it. they do not send you …. i tried physio as well… and it does not work for me,. paint is awful and i am sure something is going on inside.. and my last neurologist said if something is wrong inside you wiill know. how will i know …. i can not see inside..
my last option is going to be going private. paying monthly and paying for that xray. but i can not afford it. so i do not know what to do… same issue with the bone specialist. my doctors are tying to send me there.. but they do not want to see me. they think i am complaining for nothing. it is very frustrating.. i wonder if i pay if they would refuse an xray etc.. of course not.

I've had a great day.

I have woken up tired and with back pain but the sun is shining.
I am planning on having a quiet day in because I am going out tonight but its looking so nice, I maybe tempted to nip down the road and look at the beautiful sea views.

@Catherine21thank you very much. . I have been on therapy but it is only twice a year. Neurology even less. . Is also pain management it does not help. But yes I am trying to get better. In medication etc.. but it is hard as nothing seem to work. All the scary news etc.. I don't feel things are getting better .
I normally find DVDs people throw away . Same with books so I tend to collect them. I am watching one now. Burn after reading. Very interesting... And maybe later watch TV. Maybe trying to get my head out...
Also have to provide info on Monday for the universal credit and I hope it is enough.
I am going to places, more like volunteering.. all art related. It is only about Two o three hours a day but it helps with my mental health . Take care.

Hi @Schildpad it's good to see you seem a little better than you were feeling yesterday. I have popped you an email, so please keep an eye out for it. 🙂

Good evening all. It's been a mixture of weather today, rain, dull grey and muggy. The weather reports keep changing.

My day is going okay, I slept most of the day but since I've been up I've cleaned the flat so I'll take that as a win.
