@Catherine21 in my case it was ok so far. The phone call they will ask for some info like maybe national insurance number or maybe something else. Second appointment is to confirm more stuff.. I was advised to spend the money and make sure it is well below the maximum allowed. Because it is unaccounted for a year . But I tend to spend money like there is no tomorrow. Thank goodness the rent is on an standing order. So it is always the first payment. But then I spend and spend. In food. I have food by i still buy more. And then are the scratch cards.. I have to cut it off. Only on the weekends. Will try. But already failed. As I bought some this morning...

Morning. I keep getting these letters or messages. Yesterday it was a council tax letter. My landlord deals with it.. so I told my agency and it should be sorted. I hope.. today I get a message from pip.. telling me is all reviewed and I should get a letter in two weeks time telling me the results. Why they can not tell me the results on that text message and now they make me anxious until that letter arrives. I hope it is positive. But If it is not. This is awful. It is a review but I am scared.
Never or rarely a peaceful day. It is so hard.....so so bad...

@westpest It's so horrible when they don't look at the clinical physical stuff when it comes to chronic issues. I have also wondered if i should have a scan of my back and hips but never have and just deal with the pain. I hope now you are under ortho that it opens up more treatment access for you!

Morning all. I am on and anxiety/adrenaline day today because my dog is having a dental procedure. So he is walked and dropped off and some chores are done. I have pre planned a rest day for tomorrow but I hate that there are always heavy physical consequence from doing productive things in life.
Hope you guys are having a more paced morning than me!

@Catherine21 the system should allow you to save some money in particular retirement it is a bit far away but i am scared about the future.. the system forces you to spend your money and it should be a bit more freedom on that. but it is not possible… no isas mine been empty for a decade or more… i believe the allowance should be higher than 6 k.
anyway… i will try not to think about it.. as it is rather hard distressing. i hope there will be not letters today.. i am waiting for the postie as i just do not trust other people messing up with my letters…. yes.. i was meaning to go to the supermarket i decided not to.. i mean not for food…. i have food.. but it is tempting. i just might stay at home today will see… watching dvds… it is hard to go out. it takes hours for me to have the courage to leave the house.. … i tend to go on and on …. on these chats…. "talking"….

@Schildpad
Thank you for your msg, I’m not waiting on results just now I was on pip since 2017 then moved to ADP last year.
I d been through a few tribunal’s and it was tough going.
Luckily when I was last reviewed by pip in 2023 I was kept on the same award which I was delighted with.
My award runs out in 2027 so due to hear back next year sometime 🤦♀️I’m just hoping the Scottish system is easier to handle.Good luck and hope you can have a nice day ❤️
