Morning ..woke up. And again another long day .. got a message from DWP about the new.style esa. telling me about a call to agree with commitments. I don't understand. Why do they have to call me. All these makes me very anxious. I do not know what to expect and if they will be asking questions where I need to stay at home. Will be on the 29.. the job centre said I would start getting paid next month . They will adjust the rate I would get In UC. But what I get anxious and replied the wrong answer... I do not know what is all that about ..
I am again so shaky . Have to go out ... It will keep me busy.. start at 11 ish and finish after 2.. so back home at about 2.30.. I hope it will be ok.
It will keep my mind busy. Until later
But too much anxiety... Anyway I have to stop thinking about it.. hope you all are ok.

Hi @Amberpearl. I hope everything went ok and she's doing alright. I saw your picture yesterday for your Grandson's birthday as well. Was a lovely photo.
@luvpink sorry to hear you're not feeling great. I hope being out with friends can be somewhat of a distraction for you.
@Schildpad bless you, hopefully you've managed to get out and it's helped. Roll on next week so you can get this over and done with.

i am back at home.. it was ok… but i could not relax.. but at least i was out at the centre where i go on Wednesday. now there is a break on Thursdays. So i will see what i do tomorrow , i try to keep busy… Tuesdays and weekends are free…… now until september also thursdays.. But i feel i am pushing myself and i feel like being in a room with no lights and never leave the room. But i know that will not help …. But it is hard…….very hard…..
now watching telly….. and i hope i will be able to sleep…. if i can switch off..

Thanks for coming back to me @Schildpad. That's understandable. It's good you were able to get out as it does often help but don't feel pressured to if you're not feeling up to it.
Sometimes we need a day in the dark binging our favourite series or film every now and again. I know I do anyway. 🙂

I've had a really long day today. I've been doing better lately and am feeling tired a lot. I had 2 appointments today and it's really taken it out of me. I'm in a good mood though, so it must be helping!

That was my grandson Jacob 4 and his mum
It's his sister willow 7 months who s had the surgery this morning
She was born at 31 weeks
She has laryngomslacia
Very noisy breathing can't eat without choking
So they cut her larynx
Said was very tight and so bad
Get parents not haf a wink of sleep since she was born
The condition made her very noisy breathing and loud so nobody got any sleep
She's staying in hospital tonight

I hope so too
Not heard anything more atm
Rained a lot here today
I've found mouse dropping s in the bathroom
How is that even possible
Must have climbed up the outside
As no dropping s downstairs I checked

I'm trying to read a biography of Richard III but I can't focus.
I'm remembering how, When I was 6-8 years old, I'd always take sweets or a toy with me when I hoped to play with local children. I knew well enough that if I didn't have something material to offer, I'd be left out.
Many years later, local cats often cross my garden. I always have a little treat for them. I love cars and they bring me so much joy. I've been told that cats are greedy so-and-sos, only after food. I don't care. I love them.
If human beings knocked on my door in pursuit of coffee and cake, they'd be welcome even if they'd only come for goodies rather than to see me. I'm so lonely.

I am as alone as you, but am the opposite. If a former friend called me and threatened to visit, I would be making my excuses before drawing breath!
