I am a parent with 4 kids we and All have dyslexia . 1 of my daughters as Epilepsy and I have a son with behaviour - emotional issues. They are all great kids but it does get stressful at times with everyone individuals needs in the household. I use mindfulness techniques to help lower stress levels it does help.
