Hi, my name is andreazzz! Will I have to look for work after migrating?

hi I migrated to uc from esa support group I suffer from numerous health problems and crippling anxiety I thought I was just migrating over but now I have had message saying I’ve got 30 minute phone call for commitments and I need to phone esa as I am still receiving that benefit will I be told I will have to look for work and do I need to phone esa feel so ill

Hi @andreazzz, with Universal Credit you may have to have a commitments phone call even if you don't have work commitments. It's often just to agree that you'll let them know of any changes in your circumstances.
As you were in the support group for ESA you should be migrated directly into the LCWRA (Limited Capability for Work Related Activity) group on Universal Credit which will mean you won't need to look for work and you shouldn't need to have a new health assessment either ☺️
