Hi @Grumpy1314 I'm so sorry things are bad at the minute. I don't profess to know all the answers, but for me when I'm down I have to shake myself out of it a bit by doing something I'm not always comfortable with at the time, but that will make me feel better long term like getting out for a little walk. Is there something like that for you that can help you feel a little better?

I am exhausted and not feeling too good today.
Exhausted from pain and fatigue.

Good morning all. I hope you're all feeling ok today? I was up very early and think I've had a little too much coffee this morning, so I'm feeling a little sick now. 🙈

Sending best wishes @Grumpy1314. Sorry to hear you've been having panic attacks, they're horrible. Remember there are services like Shout and Samaritans if you'd like to talk to someone neutral about how you're feeling:
Hope you can get some rest and relaxation in and things start feeling easier for you.

Morning all!
Hope you all managed to get a decent night sleep and are having a nice morning.
Dog cuddles can make you feel so much better @tracies1996! What type of dog do you have?1 -
Hi Mary_scope he’s a German Shepard . My daughter gifted him to me as my labrador who was my basic life partner best friend and support died last year aged 14 . I always feel I need a doggy as give the best therapy and love as I don’t trust ppl. And helps me feel safer too . In return I give my love back and cuddles . My son helps me walk him and if I have a better day il go to patch field which right next to my place myself . 🐶🥰
