Sorry to write again . But I'm so scared. As you know I'm on Lcw at the moment, having wca in a couple of weeks . When I move on to UC next month. I read that if you are on Lcw you can get sanctions for small things. I have autism, dyslexia as well as physical health problems. It said about if your vunerable this may not apply.

This was on benefits and work pages I subscribed to. If after I'm still in the same group after wca or while waiting for a decision, I'm scared that I might do something wrong that will get me sanction . My autism assessment said I am vunerable but will UC take any notice. Do I need sicknotes as well. I haven't had anything since I was on esa and I had the tribunal in 2019. I have extra disability money in my esa.

I was doing permitted work until 2023 as a cleaner but gave it up due to health issues.

Hi @Andi66 sorry to hear how you're feeling about migration. I know it's easy for me to say, but please try not to worry as I can't imagine them sanctioning for small things that are unimportant. Is there anything in-particular you're worried about being sanctioned for? It might be worthwhile raising your worries at your WCA as well and hopefully they'll put your mind at rest.

It just that I read they can sanction you for anything if uou are on Lcw. I'm hoping I will be put in the support group when I had the assessment.
