scrambled eggs on a sourdough bagel for breakfast. My support worker is going to get my shopping for me at 9 I did click and collect but I will be at work so I will pop to Morrisons to get a sandwich or something for lunch

Black coffee for breakfast, an avacado for lunch. Attempting to be a bit healthier. I'll try and remember breakfast tomorrow. 😅

Main meal eaten - 3 vegetarian sausages, small baked potato, borlotti beans, and mixed pepper, in tomato passata.
I had an apple and a pear to follow, but greedy Gus got most of them. Bit of a cheek, as he didn't share his rabbit with me!
