    Feeling good, just had Wiltshire Farm Food vegetable curry. It's true, you really do appreciate food when you eat much less.

    I've woken up feeling exhausted again.

    Going to be staying home today despite it being beautiful sunshine but I'm meeting a friend this evening to have a meal in a Chinese restaurant.

    Just watched part of some 1959 movie, about a woman keeping young by taking royal jelly. Total rubbish, but it was on whilst I ate my porridge and toast.

    Had a right day yesterday

    Had my ears syringed at the hospital

    Bua was rammed full of kids

    My anxiety was bad

    Whilst I was at the hospital I asked when I wil get my cardiology appointment

    Was told back log. He at least December

    Consultant on holiday for 3 months!!!

    And it's only a chat norca scan or anything

    Really upset me
