  Just watched part of some 1959 movie, about a woman keeping young by taking royal jelly. Total rubbish, but it was on whilst I ate my porridge and toast.

  good morning still very early not been sleep best so think be long day hope everyone will have a better day hope my pain level will be not as bad as struggling to stand up
