So we have a Happy Thoughts Only discussion, How's your day, Boring news and a mental health discussion, but I know sometimes having a bit of a grumble about things can be good for the soul too. Having it here also keeps it all in one place, so people can avoid the grumbling if they want. 😁So post away!

I'll start.

I've had to put my hoodie and socks on today and I don't like it. And my foot is hurting.

    I take allopurinol for gout, not had an attack in years.

    Very soggy out there and I've got two builders vans right outside my workroom today. The cement lorry is VERY noisy.

    I really don’t like the cold, wet, damp weather. The rain seems to seep into my bones and it always sets something off — sometimes the fibromyalgia, sometimes the osteoarthritis… I can never quite tell which one, only that it hurts.

    It’s that dull, dragging ache that makes me feel heavy and low. The damp seems to pull my mood down too, almost like it’s triggering a kind of melancholy alongside the physical pain.

    I spend half the day massaging sore bits and rubbing in creams, hoping they’ll do something. Tiger Balm gets a go more often than not, even if it’s just for a bit of comfort.

    Some days it feels like the weather wins. Today is one of those days, so here’s my little grumble.🍒

    In a holiday park and it has rained and strong wind all night so I never got any sleep.

    The weather is atrocious here today and so cold.

    OAP's are getting an inflation busting rise, next April (yet again / triple lock) of 4.7% - when disabled have to survive on 2.7% - how is that fair ?

    I took Billy for a walk yesterday afternoon wearing shorts and t shirt, it was warm and part cloudy until 5 mins into the walk when it went a bit grey and there was a cloudburst, we turned around and went home both a bit soggy!
