PIC and how to restrict data so they cant abuse or harass you

People need to read that link:
they actively profile you. AI has biases. This is dangerous but how it works. Youre not allowed to know about the AI or people who affect your life. AI has also known to be racist. They take into account alleged offences. What does that mean? Someone makes something up and you now have to constantly defend yourself or data held longer? What if someone talks maliciously about you online?. The whole thing isnt clear to me. If you didnt do something and police ask you to apologise and you don't understand that community resolution goes on your record. Does that get held against you?"DWP will not make any decision based solely on automated processing which has a significant effect on you unless the law allows this." but also if "authorised by law"
DWP also say "Automated individual decision-making is a decision made without any human involvement. Profiling involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects such as a natural person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
It can very likely monitor you like google does. Has anyone successfully restricted data for automation? It saids you can ask? I would like to do this for having bank statements with local council only and not share so i cant attacked by AI in future and only council view this and return? Googles even giving me video recommendations on this post before sent.

For storing information on alleged offences, they'll have records of any outcomes as well I'd assume, so I'd not be too worried about that.
With asking for bank statements to be restricted, the DWP/council would be within their rights to say they cannot offer you any benefits, as you have not supplied them with the necessary information to make a decision. So that's something to be aware of.
And you'd not be allowed to know who deals with these decisions, as it could be seen as a threat to their lives if their personal information were shared with the public.
To ask for information to be removed, you'd need to speak to your councils data protection officer, but I can't say if they'd be able to acknowledge that specific request I'm afraid.0 -
Thats everything with whats wrong with the whole thing. How can someone get justice for unfair treatment they could do untold damage and it could turn out they have a grudge or hatred and you cant even name them as the person. Im personally not concerned about alleged offences but the fact that something was alleged has nothing but overreach. It even saids sex life on there. If someone needs to know this then i think you have a right to know whos processing your data. Assuming is whats wrong with the whole thing. You dont actually know. Its not like you need to say 'i have nothing to worry about so it shouldnt matter' this is 1984 for global surveillance. This is against human rights

Im not personally worried about alleged offences but its not my point. They dont need this. Like they dont need your sex life (yes they record this). 1984. They are literally profiling you. Someone could be acting maliciously and you cant even name them in a lawsuit. They are not mi5. If they commit an offence they should be held responsible. How can you defend yourself if you cant even know how they came to a conclusion. They are allowed too much information. We dont know if the charties local authorities (some hacked) i doubt they have good gdpr or finances to defend against hackers. I literally saw someone who was a heroin user allowed to use a staff laptop in a hostel with private data. But youre right lets not make this a big deal 'they probably', 'id assume' etc this is against human rights its too much.

Okay so i can reply now?… My point is they profile you, record sex life and this is too much. Human rights are being abused.
You cannot hold anyone accountable who plays a role in youre treatment by them. They have and do cause harm and in my experience and on purpose. They also allow third parties to have and use your data such as charities. I can comment on this as i saw a hostel worker let a heroin addict have a staff latop unsupervised for normal browsing (laptop contained sensitive info).
Im not concerned personally about alleged offences but being theyre alleged i find this excessive. You dont seem concerned with that but the 1984 i have nothing to hide idea is how this starts.
The idea that these people are somehow mi5 and need to be protected by official secrets acts is absurd. They need to be easier identified especially when you have evidence those that have commited descrimination against you to get legal justice. letting them hide behined a wall when i have had someone called omar laugh at me on phone and ask for more personal information not relevant and asking me give just so i can have something im entitled to and bartering me down on emergency funding and screwing a payment thats supposed to arrive on the day, well considering i knew an individual as such that had it in for me. i think its very relevant as i raised issue with UC all that was done was sorry by women who could not undo the harm caused. What happened to omar nothing.
The fact they hold power in processing of your data before you get help means your forced to comply jus tto get help which means they are not allowing you to be treated fairly.
Also by not saying to the council i want to control my data is a valid reason as AI can be biased its literally how it works with data and its excessive to use in the future assessment as it is not needed and should not be used to over complicate things. i have no recorded extra income in UC and had been treated with discrimination before. i think this more than a valid reason not wanting to let them have my data beyond the reason of checking if i have had income and not needed after this.

I try to mention they record sex life behaviour and profile you and you don't have control of them to use fairly or formally make them responsible

The DWP record our sex lives? They will have slim pickings if they look into mine!

Ha but its not the point. Look at the link. The point is they share with other organisations that have very poor gdpr security. You need money to have cyber security look at councils that go bankrupt. How are the people that access this vetted you should have a right to know and control this. I trust a dr or gp more with my privacy (paid a higher salary) than a job centre worker, social worker, charity worker where the consequences are less if they breach your privacy and lose a job they can get the same salary in supermarket. When your at your worst or vulnerable you are very easy to influence once they have access to all this information we have no real idea who has it.

I find i have enough to worry about, quite frankly. What 'The Man' does is outwith my control.

You mean you cant always control something but you can choose how you respond to it. You can choose to petition against it. Someone must be doing something? They didnt come for you they come for others first and then it effects you. They already want people to have digital ID. Thats nice you would have to have a new smartphone that tracks you and pay for updates every so many years and not lose it or all your information is in one place. You would have to have an apple, gmail or microsoft account to download it from an app store.

Starmer hasn't even put this to parliament. Let's not get carried away.

We already need an id to access x rated sites online. I dont believe they should be accessible as easily as they was but to require ID and then be responsible for managing and securing that seems very risky without a proper implementation to work. America has already has a document on us stating how out human rights have got worse especially with free speech. Its not carried away if the right time to worry about it.
