You can try to estimate your UC award using a benefits calculator:
Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, they can support you before during and after your claim.
This is a national service run by phone and webchat not linked to your local branch.

Are your sure they're correct in saying you're in WRAG (LCW) rather than Support Group (LCWRA)? Do you have any award or annual update letters that state your ESA group?

What is your current ESA award, and how is that broken down?
£400.14 is the standard allowance for UC.
Extra for LCW (UC equivalent of ESA WRAG) is only paid for awards started before April 2017, this is £158.76 if eligible.
In addition, if your total UC award is lower than legacy benefits, Transitional Protection will be added to your award to ensure you aren't worse off at the time of transfer. This does erode over time as other elements go up or new elements are added to your claim.

You thought you were inbthe Support Group. Maybe she was wrong. It happens with the DWP. That's why I asked about documentation you have about ESA: your initial award, the results of any reviews, annual update letters.

I had nothing before COVID

When you first claimed ESA what was the result? You must have some paperwork to say which group you were placed in.

423 fortnightly I think , I do confused,I been on ESA /incapacity benefit! Since about 2001 , and was on really awful money , I applied for pip which I was awarded in 2021 my ESA also when up so in total with my rent paid to the landlord, I get 1200 with my pip ,I so confused, had my landlord on the phone saying I owe 3 weeks rent ,I don't no where I at

Sorry Kim can you look at the above please 🙏

UC is paid a month in arrears, so with the two week run on of legacy benefits you would be 3 weeks in arrears.
Speak to your landlord to see what payment arrangement they want.
I'd urge you contact the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service.
As advised, if your total UC award is lower than legacy benefits, Transitional Protection will be added to your claim. This ensures at the time of transfer you aren't worse off. This will erode over time as other elements go up or new elements are added.
Your ESA award adds up to WRAG with Severe Disability Premium.

So I get 550 a month, rather that the 850 I am on now , I am so wri frightened and confused

You will receive Housing Element to pay the rent.
As well as Housing Element, you will receive Standard Allowance, LCW element and Transitional Protection.
£400.14 +158.76 + TP.
Transitional Protection means you won't be any worse off financially at the time of transfer, although TP does reduce over time.
Turn2Us has a great guide to TP.

Thank you for you time Kim, so when I even it's self out ,can you have a guess what I be on ? I my health this year has totally a downward spiral, I under a neurologist but no one seems to have a clue what happened, so I can update DWP as I haven't got a diagnosis, but all this isn't help and all I get for UC is your have wait and see, thanks for that ,not
