Confused about my award results

hi everyone, I’m hoping someone will be able to shed some light on my pip award that’s given to me and if this is the norm for DWP,
I had my review recently I’m glad it was only a paper based review and not a horrid telephone assessment,
I recieved my award letter last week and it states the following dates I’m awarded still from 24th September 2025 to 23rd March 2028 ,
but then it states We will also contact you while you are getting PIP to see if your needs have changed and to look at the amount you get. This will be after 23 March 2027.so why are they going to bother me after the 23rd March 2027 if I’ve been awarded till March 2028?
When should I expect them to contact me again for another review 2027 or 2028 that’s what I’d like to know and how long is my award till ?

Because reviews are taking such a long time, they are being started about a year before the award end date.
You should expect to be contacted around March 2027.
Your payments will continue until the outcome of that review.
If it gets near March 2028 and you haven't had a result, 35 days before the end of your award a letter will be sent extending the award by one year.
The review outcome will then overrule that date.

So In other words they harass you again a year before the award end date?
Why state 2028 ,
also id like to know the points that I’ve been given again seems a little low I don’t feel like I’m getting the right amounts,if I have any doubts about it do you think I should pursue an MR or should I just appreciate the fact that I’ve been awarded something and take it on the chin for now ?
