Do I need to tell DWP about work changes with PIP?

When i applied for pip i was working doing 25hrs but since aug i went off sick ive only managed to do 9 days back at work and i couldnt focus on my job and the pain was unbearable so had to go back on sick do i have to notify dwp about this

    Hello @Gremily64 and welcome to the community.

    PIP is neither income or work dependent and so moving out of work should not affect your claim. If your condition has significantly worsened you might be entitled to a higher award. However do have a read around community about the issues many face with PIP, as you may find yourself fighting to keep your current award.

    If you are on other benefits you should keep them up to date.
