Its good your making more effort with staff might make you feel more apart of something yes hard navigating life with autism but can see you have great insight

I understand all your saying and have spent all my life worrying shaking inside pure terror to scared to leave my bed leave my room thought after thought like a kick to my stomach 24/7 take sleeping tablets round the clock just to knock myself out being awake to scary we cant control the future we just dont know wjat will happen then throw the media politics into the picture feeding our minds with the worst possible scenarios never catching a break what seems to be helping me is mantras telling myself everyday I am not afraid over and over for every scary thought challenge it talk to yourself tell yourself you are ok and noting bad is happening at this moment in time you deserve peace give allow yourself to relax give yourself permission say im going to treat myself to something nice could be food ect and im going to read that book ive been meaning to read or watch that film I love baths so my treat is Epsom bath salts I believe for myself the only way I can do life is day by day it hurts me because I totally understand what your going through I really do
