Good morning everyone I managed to get a refund on my things to the person who said I hope you get a refund.
Today I'm on a course with the girl guides training all about safeguarding children and GDPR wish me luck.

Good morning everyone. I hope you're all feeling well today.
I'm going to try and get out for a little walk later as I haven't for a while. It's nice, crispy and bright today so hoping I'll feel brighter for it 😊 Does anyone have any exciting plans for the weekend?

Thanks for sharing that. It’s good that you’ve been able to see a mental health professional and get some support for your anxiety. How are you finding the medication so far?

Hi @debrahugh391 not sure if this was directed at me or not but it applies, so I'll reply. I'm finding both medication and therapy is helping. And just making sure I do things I enjoy and give myself a little nudge when I haven't been out much as even a little walk makes a huge difference. It's a long process and healing journey but a positive one 😊
Do you have plans this weekend?

I caught up on Strictly earlier.
It so cold here and I'm in a lot of pain.
It drags me down at times but I try to remain positive.
I'm going to watch Trigger point this evening.
Take care all.

I'm still nervous as he'll, about moving to UC this week. Someone is going to help me do it online on their computer, she's a benefits advisor. I worried about the commitment s even though I'm in the support group, judging by the amount I now receive in esa. .that they will calculate it right. That they see my adult daughter who lives with me is on pip enhanced daily living.
The ID check, I just want it over. Then I have deal with whatever the pet scan results are if its cancer or not

Honestly dont worry have your rent written down in front of you how much you get in esa will ask for address its all straight forward put support group Honestly it went so easy and I was only messaged once to say call uc and I did then she transferred me to commitment line then ID I called them twice in the weeks to see if they needed anything more they said no once got form done its two more steps after then thats it im sending much love for your hospital appointment dont stress yourself pls take care I took passport bank card and council tax bill
