Im going to the appointment god my stomach flipping i always have imaginary conversations for hours before I go anywhere talking outloud when I first got pixie she used to stare at me like what you talking to me know shes used to it I say oh remember to tell them this then I go onto im ok mode got so stop over thinking my stomach in bits and on time waiting I always get places so early ahhhhhhhhh help who wants a life when your brain just doesn't fit into any structure of society im ok if im isolating im stable its the world that triggers me

I think they will be in and out is it an agency as a landlord they should fix things for you once its over tomorrow you will feel relived I get it honestly i do even waiting for a package im on red alert

I do not like it. Parcels as well.. I now try to have them.delivered down the road or in a locker.. it is easier and less stress. I don't want them to get lost. I had an issue with one parcel even when it went down the road as it was sent back. So much stress. I am always on the edge....

Well hour and a half spilled everything out to be told that as I have a few issues it wouldn't be the right time for therapy I understand they have to get a pitcure of what they can offer but they make you open up and almost leave you because im clean and look ok I always feel gaslighted drained

thank you @Catherine21 i am still waiting.. and i hope they will really come… i will be late for my other stuff but i told them i will be late or might not make it .. all this really get me very anxious.. i hope you are ok. it is not the fist time they say they come and then they don't… i hope they will come. and if they don't i hope they will let us know.

good morning. hope you are all ok. weather seems to be ok.. at least the sun is out. but it is kinda cold.. and apparenty it is expected to rain later on.

this is really insulting…. after waiting for them all day. they never turned up. it is not only me .. there are several rooms… and i do not think they checked any of them. i sometimes think they do it on purpose… just to keep us controlled. so we have to tidy up for nothing. even thought it is in the contract. but yes it is very distressing.. now i am not sure if they will change the days or just they made it up just for us to keep the rooms tidy… very angry.

i hope you are all ok.. i am really very angry and distressed. i just have to forget about it. and hope they will let us know if they come. they have to tell us when the have to access the rooms by law.
