Hi there everyone my online mobility account is showing checking application after a week is this normal or sign of not been accepted

It does say in your screenshot that it can take upto 10 working days!

it’s does yeah but the dealer said it should Take 5 days has this ever happened to anyone

Hi @FRR and welcome to the community. I think the dealer has been a little too optimistic there. Here's the information from the Motability site:
If we approve your application, we’ll send you a letter confirming your order. This usually takes around two weeks."
Hopefully it won't be too much longer for you. The length of time isn't relevant to whether you are accepted or not, so try not to worry.
