Motorbility car - will my daughter be declined due to a prior fault claim?

I have just submitted my application for a mobility car. I have added my daughter on the policy as she done majority of the driving for me when I’m unwell. She has a fault claim from June 2023. Is she going to be declined to be insured due to this? Anyone’s experience?
The scheme website states that the no fault claims in last 3 years only applies to those on an open policy (like carers) but google AI says that I won’t be able to add her to the policy, I’m unwell a lot so need her added

As above, I agree
Reminds me of my neighbour who had his Motability car repossessed after 6 months.
He had racked up 9 points on his licence within a month - same camera every time!
