https://www.gov.uk/government/news/expansion-of-budgets-for-personalised-health-and-care-support-announced - appears to state that anybody in a wheelchair should be entitled to a PHB - but this was at the end of the Tories rule…

Do you think that Labour may offer the same thing ?

    I'd not seen that before @Wibbles, thanks for sharing. I haven't heard anything similar from Labour yet, but it's not totally out of the question considering they were looking into ways to support people. Although a lot of their focus seems to be on cutting costs recently, so we'll have to wait and see!
