Im still detesting myself over the friendship break up .
It was all my fault
My mental health is too blame
Cant believe i can be so stupid at times .
Apologies for the rant
I will be ok eventually

I think any good friend that knows you well will understand. That being said sometimes we take full responsibility for a situation because we doubt ourselves because we have insecurities. It sometimes help to write things down to yourself of what you would hope for in order for resolution and what steps you think could make this a positive outcome.

I suppose i have to tell myself time is A great healer @Jane315STARX .
Im not sure what to do to make things better but im sure eventually there will be a light at the end of the tunnel .
I am so sorry for being so weak @Jane315STARX .
Unfortunately thats me .
Thinking about things Ive always been a bit of a black sheep
The one who irritates everyone in the end

Not being perfect doesn't mean you're weak.
As an autistic and admittedly a bloody hard one to put up with I've seen many friends come and go, some will stay though and it makes it worth it.

Sorry Im such a weak person
Sorry I am a nightmare
I do and have had lots of stresses to deal with
Things that Im not in control of .
Ive had some awful things to deal with
The hardest thing about it all is i have never come out of any of these situations any stronger
So please excuse my weakness

I know i sound pathetic
Maybe one day i will become a better person

I think its only you that seemingly sees yourself as weak or irritates people as its something that you say often. This thought process must of come from somewhere but taking trust in what we are saying gives emphasis to our words that you believe what we are saying to you.Only you can decide to be strong ( you are and you can be otherwise you wouldn't continue).Absolutely nobody is perfect as we all have our flaws in so many ways and everyone can be criticised. But you could now focus on the positive feedback that you have X

you're not weak or pathetic.
I can't cope with any routine change and I mean any that's pathetic!
and although I try not use them as excuses the shocking things I've seen an endured in my life are why I'm like I am,such as not ever wanting to go out and not getting on well with most men in person and ignoring all my neighbours etc

If i give people a break from me here that would be a very good idea

No it really wouldn't, because we don't need one, everyone here adores you, you may not realise it but you're one of the most popular members here and believe me everyone notices the hole of your absence.

I dont see any of these things as weak or pathetic. Many of us here have faced many traumatic experiences ( myself included). But despite the utter hell we've endured and contine to go through. These situations don't make US weak or pathetic,as many of these situations have been a consequence which we could do nothing about.Or involved someone else. The list is exhaustive but in order to gain any order of strength you must have a realisation that you are not weak or pathetic

Also the question is what is a better person?.I think a person who needs to better ( in my opinion). Is someone who has done wrong to someone else and needs to reflect on their thoughts, words and perhaps actions and adapt accordingly.I think if a person doubts themselves it doesn't make them a bad person. They do not need to be "a better person "
