I think its only you that seemingly sees yourself as weak or irritates people as its something that you say often. This thought process must of come from somewhere but taking trust in what we are saying gives emphasis to our words that you believe what we are saying to you.Only you can decide to be strong ( you are and you can be otherwise you wouldn't continue).Absolutely nobody is perfect as we all have our flaws in so many ways and everyone can be criticised. But you could now focus on the positive feedback that you have X

you're not weak or pathetic.
I can't cope with any routine change and I mean any that's pathetic!
and although I try not use them as excuses the shocking things I've seen an endured in my life are why I'm like I am,such as not ever wanting to go out and not getting on well with most men in person and ignoring all my neighbours etc

If i give people a break from me here that would be a very good idea

No it really wouldn't, because we don't need one, everyone here adores you, you may not realise it but you're one of the most popular members here and believe me everyone notices the hole of your absence.

I dont see any of these things as weak or pathetic. Many of us here have faced many traumatic experiences ( myself included). But despite the utter hell we've endured and contine to go through. These situations don't make US weak or pathetic,as many of these situations have been a consequence which we could do nothing about.Or involved someone else. The list is exhaustive but in order to gain any order of strength you must have a realisation that you are not weak or pathetic

Also the question is what is a better person?.I think a person who needs to better ( in my opinion). Is someone who has done wrong to someone else and needs to reflect on their thoughts, words and perhaps actions and adapt accordingly.I think if a person doubts themselves it doesn't make them a bad person. They do not need to be "a better person "

I have decided after personal attacks on another page, that attack my faith and my right to free speech, that I will no longer be a participant in this forum going forward. I am going to hold my own council from here on out, keep a low profile and keep myself isolated from the world. I honestly feel that I take care of my own mental health, with occasional check up’s by the CMHT and my GP and work alongside an area coordinator alongside. I feel after the personalised attack last night, that there no longer a rule of freedom of speech in this forum let alone country. Nobody will hear or see any comments let alone posts going forward, last night just reminded me why I quit social media.

Strawbs, first of all I'm sorry to hear you've had a blackout. Do you know how long you might be in hospital? You returned to the forum at just the right time.
Sadly, Zippy wants to leave because Scope failed to take the right action today. Another st*upid thread was closed but the nasty attack on Zippy is there for all to see.
This forum should not be the battleground it has become. There are plenty of platforms for robust people who like nothing better than arguing.
