LCWRA - Want a reassessment
So I getting no where ,with my work coach or senco, I send a ESA 50 of last year ,and still haven't had a assessment, my health deteriorated and diagnosed these with a number of conditions , which I add on my journal so I should be in support group, how do I ask the DWP to review my case , as if I don't get assessed till after April 26 I will only get the new rate , all I getting from work coach and senco is your due a assessment and they contact you by letter, it's not wot I want to be hearing as I guarantee they reassess me after April, so can someone help me , so I documented evidence that I asked them to review me before April 26 ,so I get the rate it currently at please 🙏

As previously advised, because your WCA started before April 2026 you would get the higher rate of LCWRA.
You've already returned the form so you have a review in progress, asking the DWP won't do any good at this point.
You can enquire with/complain to the assessment provider over the wait for an appointment.

Probably should of just sat back and wait as I dreading the assessment I think both work coach and senco are going to try and push it forward, I was worried after reading this
