pedro boot ,splint ,gaters

my daugther has not had her boot on for 4 mounth and now has to where splint and now gatters to has her tendens are very titte and finding it hard to walk ,I do not know that much about cerebral palsy ,she is 31 years old and 31 kg 4 feet tall ,born with small brain microcpaly ,I need some help with this she is wheel chair user to .

    Hello @Wind.

    I don’t have direct experience of the PEDRO boot/gaiters myself, but make sure there's nothing creased underneath (such as socks, leggings or anything else that may rub). Have you checked her skin to see if it's getting sore? If it's reall uncomfortable I would suggest going back to the orthotics team or whoever provided the splints for advice.

    I'm also going to tag our Cerebral palsy experts @Richard_Scope, @Lucy_Scope and @SaraC_Scope to see if they can offer any further advice or support when they're back in the office next week.

    Just a update the splints a gaiter seem to going well ,piseo is now involved and whating for podiety to make a update appontment thank you for all your help and helpping me to understand why and how this works .
