Hi @Pinkbutterfly, have you managed to PM anybody yet? If not, I can try and show you how to do it with a screenshot?

I have only managed when someone has sent me one first, so any help would be gratefully received

    Hi @Pinkbutterfly, no problem.

Below is a screenshot of what my screen looks like when I scroll to the top of the page we're on now. Can you see under my name and image in the grey box, that there's four little purple icons? The second from the left, the one I've clicked on in this image, is your inbox. All you need to do is click 'New message', and you'll be able to get in touch with somebody. Everything should be set out the same on your screen, with the inbox under your own name: have a go and let me know how you get on!

Hi - i have a 20 year old daughter with cerebral palsy. She does have friends, but still becomes disheartened because her disabilities are more physical than mental/learning and she is still keen for a close friend with whom she feels she has a lot in common. We are not disrespecting people with mainly learning/mental disabilities, but I do understand her point of view. She wants a friend who can totally relate to her and vice versa, though she does have friends with mainly learning disabilities. We live in Norfolk. Also, does anyone else have trouble getting chiropody on the NHS? We have a very good specialist doctor who has referred my daughter but we have also been told by others that only diabetes sufferers are entitled to chiropody on the NHS?
