Help with repayment amount UC

Hello everyone, can someone please help me predicting what will happen with repayments going forward with Universal credit as waiting till new statement will be very stressful.

I currently pay for an error for housing by them when migrating to UC, so I was overpaid & had to get this corrected, they didn't stop payment & I ended up getting double payments which I repay £60 a month in deductions. Now they have made a further error by overpayment of just under £250. This is all down to their errors & as much as I would prefer to have repaid it instantly they decided on instalments.

My question is this, how will this happen & what amounts are going to be deducted? My current repayment of £60 is due to end in June I believe, now a new deduction will take place from next month for the £250 repayment, how will this work? Isn't there a limit of 15% of deductions? Can anyone please help show me how this might work? What repayment amounts will be deducted & for over what period? thank you so much in advance.

If you want to repay it all in one go, you can arrange that with DWP Debt Management.

    https://www.gov.uk/repay-manage-benefit-owed

Or they can confirm the repayment schedule with you.

Thank you. They have already notified me it'll be in repayments & I really do not want to cause more errors & confusion. I'm ok with repayments as the funds just remain & I'll just use them to top up deductions. I just need to know how much will be deducted & how it will work alongside the current £60 deduction, I do not mind if they take it quickly, I just do not want it to drag on if I can help it.

DWP Debt Management can advise you on both the repayment schedule and how the new deduction will work alongside the old.

Their phone number 0800 916 0647 is on the link I provided.
