Lawyer that deals with discrimination no win no fee
Hello to everyone just joined need some advice, can anyone recommend from personal experience a Lawyer that deals with disability discrimination on a no win no fee basis? Preferably Cheshire area, I have searched and rung around but firms only seem to want to deal with injury claims.

Hi @Redpanda2026 and a warm welcome to the community

Thank you to you both, ok rang all three only Leigh Day said possibly no win no fee they are going to ring me on Monday to discuss further. I think the harsh reality is that no win no fee only applies to injury claims, I think I am on a road to nowhere unless I fund the claim myself. Frustrating as I have a strong claim I just cant risk losing then facing a huge bill at the end, employers probably know this so can get away with not taking disability seriously.
