hi isn’t autism level 2 in Severe condition criteria as I heard somewhere it is. That would mean I’d be exempt from reassessments but could be wrong

Autism is lifelong and life-limiting, yes, but different for each of us. We don't automatically qualify for anything because our needs/limitations are different.
I've read your other posts and your questions are pertinent. All incapacity/disability claims for working-age people are being reviewed under Universal Credit rules. You are very lucky to have your mum's support and this community will do its best to advise if and when it happens.
