Still waiting for more results too
Plus some awful kids have smashed my bathroom window completely through
It's horrible
No way can I get anyone to fix it this close to Christmas
I. Need soneone to board it up until it can be fixed
Plus my knee really hurts this morning

Morning all
Hope you're taking care of yourself @Amberpearl, please be gentle with yourself@xodza the year has flown hasn't it! Do you have plans for christmas?
Glad to hear you slept better @Schildpad, do you have any plans for the day?0 -
@Mary_Scope I needed to go to Argos but i am afraid I will stay at home and go after xmas. Maybe the 27th.
So it is a day for watching films even if they are bad… whatever is in channel 4 or film4 or any other channel... .

@Amberpearl I am sorry about you anxiety. Mine is so so. I rather not think about next year.
If You might get someone to fix the window will cost you a fortune. If window is not too big I would get some cardboard box and fix it with brown tape.....it is cold... But at least until after Xmas you will need a quick fix. In hope you find a solution..

@Amberpearl Just to add to @Schildpad's suggestion - if you cover the cardboard in a black bin bag or another plastic bag of some kind, that might help keep the weather out a bit more while you wait for a fix. Even some bubble wrap might help keep the warmth in a bit.
Sorry this has happened to you so close to Christmas. You're dealing with so much the moment and it sounds really difficult. Hope you can get your window fixed soon and things settle down with your health.

@Amberpearl try not to think about the future i know it is very bleak but i would only worry when you know things will happen. i am trying to teach myself not to think too much about the future but i do understand it is very scary…

@Amberpearl Surely the council or whoever is the landlord will have an out of hours phone number? I had a plumber out at 05:00 on Boxing Day, 3 years ago on Friday coming.
