me too @Strawberry1!
Has your son arrived yet? Remember he’s making the effort because he cares about you ❤️
Enjoy your turkey crown! I’ve started some gammon in the slow cooker but I’m feeling a little sick so might not end up eating it, at least it can go in the fridge once it’s done for another day

Shadow has just finished her prawns @Biblioklept - & wishes you all a Merry Christmas. She takes them out of her food bowl to tackle them:

Hope you're ok @Amberpearl 💛
Did you find something to watch? I watched some of The Office US which helped distract me after my mum and brother left.

Well done @Catherine21. This is probably the hardest time of year so you should be so proud of your choice. Take today easy. Are family still there? If not, can you find something light to watch, or something to read to keep you occupied? 💛

My day yesterday was awful ylthis morning is no better.Son still wont get out of bed.I cant enjoy anything on tv because im stressed with this whole situation.I am reading from others that they went through this for years.

@Jane315STARX I can relate to this massively. From my own past experience, this time of year can be absolutely crippling. I used to describe it to others as only being able to deal with the core basics of self care which was often just being in bed. It's difficult to describe but it's almost like an exhaustion and you just physically cannot do anything else.
But, after that period I came out of it much brighter and I hope your son does too. I can't imagine how worrying it is for you as a mother but please try to be kind to yourself. 💛

morning all. i am a bit depressed.. i do not like christmas. i am glad even if it is a bit selfish i do not have to give presents away to anyone as i would really feel very anxious etc. i enjoy my own company but it is very depressing. if i am not busy doing something it is when i start thinking way too much about stuff i should not but i just can not help it. another year passed but i feel rather scared about the following year on what it will happen. the system is becoming very hostile against sick people. anyway….
