@Amberpearl that window should have been fixed by now. It is very cold.. I hope they will fix it today.
Anxiety is terrible so I know how you feel . Mine is bad. But I am out...I will keep organising with the group.. thank goodness today is a couple of degrees warmer. But I already feel I can not wait to get home.. and that will be probably after 3 pm...

Your very welcome @Amberpearl.
Sending lots more empathy and compassion your way.
I so wished you wasnt going through all of this
Very poor service with the window situation
I know you said it went to answering machine this morning
I think a manager or someone needs to make your window a priority
Please take care
Sending hugs

I"m too exhausted to function and I am wandering if where I live in Cornwall will actually be as badly affected by the storm as predicted.
Its been pretty calm so far today with rain.

i went to my group today and people who do not get paid , me included we complained etc.. i do not think we will have anything really but at least we complained… the budget been reduced a lot… they got rid off many people so i guess for the time being i will keep volunteering etc.. this is something to put on my cv. instead of nothing but it is frustrating as we are in a way the people who keep the whole thing moving.. obviously so they people who gets paid. but if they are reducing the staff…. i feel there is no way i will ever be hired in the company.. i will see what happen this year. i will keep doing it for the time being….
hope you are all ok so far…. and keep warm.. weather keeps changing but all those warm days we had in december will be getting them this month.

Today I got a call that my OT and a council grant officer is coming to look at the bathroom for the upcoming level access shower , I am excited it will be so much easier for me to use than the bath hoist , I can't get my legs over the bath 🤣

Trying to remain positive despite many health issues.
Where I live in Cornwall by the coast all I saw was strong winds and rain, much like any other rough wintery night.
