Pip assessor couldn't continue phone assessment
Hi I had a phone assessment from pip the assessor had to end call and phone my doctors then rang back and told me she couldn't continue with the assessment what happens now can I get my sister to contact them as its really stressing me out not noing when they gonna call

Hi @salty1212334, sorry to hear this happened to you, assessments are stressful at the best of times! Did they say why they couldn't continue with the assessment? How long ago did this happen?
You or your sister could try ringing the PIP enquiry line to see whether they can give you any information. Is your sister your appointee for PIP?

Hi @salty1212334 - it's possible that the assessor stopped the call as she had a concern about your safety, so needed to check with your Drs.
They may be able to complete your assessment from the info you've already given.

Hi they ended due to my mental health my doctors told me to go cgl they want me to go to rehab for drugs and alcohol

Oh bless you it's so stressful yes get your sister to call it know they done the same to a couple of people I know and get your sister to explain you need someone with you when your talking to them

I was off drugs for 4 months then a close friend passed away and I relapsed I'll get my sister to phone tomorrow and see what's going on thanks
