That sounds rough 😕 Glad you’re feeling a little better though. I hope the orange juice and some rest help.

Hang in there, @Andi66
And how are you yourself @Adrian_Scope
I am so glad to have been in the garden today with a cup of tea, chocolate, and some birds nearby politely ignoring me :) Also made a few bucks with surveys, always happy with that as I don't have a disability allowance.

I’m good thanks @SmellyBin. We’re meant to have a clear day tomorrow so hoping to get out in the garden for a bit then. What was your chocolate of choice?

Bit better, got the cough. I can't take cough medicine as I have copd. Trouble is when you travel on the bus , catch anything. Pretty sure that's how I got covid , few years ago. I don't go out much but had to go to the dentist.

Hope you feel better soon @Andi66

My day isn’t going too well - I’m thinking about how stupid I am for writing my e-mail address wrong when registering and paying for a service provided by a charity and now I am having problems trying to link my account to my membership. 😔

Did you manage to get outside yesterday, @Adrian_Scope? Was it for a bit of gardening or just to relax and enjoy the fresh air?
As I had to walk twice before sitting outside last Saturday because I forgot my throw, I treated myself to a special bonbon with the soft, gooey part inside. How's that for self-nourishment :)And today I am hoping to have a wander around the block with me in the wheelchair which has been awfully long, four weeks now. I've got my fingers crossed and silenced my phone. I am gonna try to save all my energy for being outdoors later. Even just for ten minutes…

Sounds like a fantastic plan for today @SmellyBin. What flavour bonbon did you treat yourself to?
I managed to get outside for a little while yesterday. Brought a mug of tea, a heavy coat and a book. Didn't read a sentence in the end, but it was just nice being out there in the fresh air with the birds.
Crossing my fingers for your trip round the block!

Ah, I am so glad you sat outside, can really make a difference to your day or even week, doesn't it? And you made me smile with wanting me to be accurate about my chocolate, @Adrian_Scope It was a hazelnut filling, yum! And this morning I had a regular piece with pecan.
So speaking of accuracy… what book where you not reading? I feel like 'book' is my middle name :)
