Hi @Amberpearl, that sounds right. They'll usually let you know if something isn't quite correct, but what you've described seems fine to me. Hope it all goes okay!

Sorry to hear it's been difficult @Amberpearl. They do often want to talk to you after you've submitted your bank statements. Usually to just talk through anything they might need more information about and ask some questions. I know it can be really nerve-wracking to speak to them but hopefully once it's done you'll get a rest from it all.

Not heard anything yet
So every single time I get a review for documents, will there always be a, phone call?
0 -
@Amberpearl It can vary from case to case, but they do usually want to talk to people, especially if they're doing a review like this involving bank statements. But after this one, hopefully your next review won't be for a while so you can relax a little.

OK thanks

Fingers crossed it's on time and over with quickly. The review agents will only ask questions you know the answers to and they are very patient. I hope you sleep well tonight.

It is scary but remember you've done nothing wrong! Nothing. There won't be any trick questions to answer. They just need to know there's a human attached to the claim and the same human they spoke to last time.
Waiting is the hardest part and it will soon be over. These are for you 💐

I have today had a breakdown over hiding what I haven’t been doing on UC.
My one job was to declare my husbands income and look in to the tax - I haven’t done it, I’ve shut down and hid from it all because I don’t understand it. I’ve just sent this message to UC and am petrified of the repercussions - I don’t want my kids to see my face all over the paper, I don’t want to go to prison - I can’t breath!!
this is what I wrote to them, my mental health has just taken over with the constant overwhelm and pain.UC Journal Entry -
Hello, I’ve been burying my head in the sand for a year due to severe overwhelm - due to my Bipolar and ADHD - I have not been declaring my husbands earnings - although he thinks I have been - because I’m not sure how to do it all. I just shut down and pretend it is done - this has caused severe issues with my mental health and the longer I’ve left it, the worse it is getting. I know we’ve been over payed but I don’t know how to fix it all. This is never an intention of getting more money, money is no good to me when I rarely go out - it’s to avoid having to do it and the stress it brings - just shutdown with overwhelm and sit with anxiety instead. Please help me to fix this - my husband was under the belief that I’d enter it each month and sort his tax - I haven’t done a single thing and now feel like I’m drowning. This only came to light when I forced my husband to say he was not working today - and that he didn’t have a bank account - whilst I was having a panic attack - after the phone call I had to be honest and tell him - which has caused a lot of trouble and a temporary separation. I need to put this right and not let my mental health take over anymore. Can you please put a simple breakdown of what I need to do to put this right. I’m building this up in my head and picturing the horrors of my actions (or lack of) I can’t do it anymore. I will pay back every penny of what we owe, but I really need support in doing it. I’m so sorry, but my mind prefers to shut down and ignore important things rather than address it.0 -
sorry you have suffered enough to bury your head in get it
I do that, have you heard back from them at all
