Not much sleep again last night.

Had a nice shower and I have the boring task of blow drying my hair.

I may venture out later if it doesn't rain too much.

I've requested a Doctor call back regarding health issues and potential medication side effects that are concerning me.

Its been cold, rain and wind here but I did venture out.

The short walk home nearly finished me off.

I was exhausted and in so much pain when I got home.

Just waiting to watch the soaps.

Put a camera on. One of those you put a memory card. And you can on your phone. I have them. I keep forgetting to buy memory cards for them. They're are loads in Amazon. I do not know. Are you reporting it to the police. The you might give them an asbo.

Another rough day with my mum. Did went out to cycling and didn't go . I got feelings overwhelmed and was feeling anxious. Yet my mum said just move on and forget about it. That still makes me even more anxious and overwhelmed. Stressed.

i am back home… i just checked my previous message and it does not make sense as there are words missing and uncompleted words. i did it on my phone and forgot about the message and now it is too late.. well i hope it makes sense as it is. my phone has issues with the digital keyboard. well… please report to the police as it will be kept on record. report to the landlords etc…. as they might be able to find out who broke the windows…. i am sure is the same people …

i am watching telly.. it was nice weather and went for a stroll. nice blue skies and not raining. now the weather is changing … but it can rain if it wants as i am not planning to go out anymore.
