i am ok. weather is not great but it is not raining, but i am in pain as bad weather seem to worsen it. i will be watching films on the telly now.

good morning… a bit cold… and miserable but it is not raining.. i am preparing mentally to leave home and travel to my sound bath … i will leave soon.

I was worrying over nothing

I. Answered 20 yes or no questions all no

No questions from the bank statements

All over and done in 10 minutes

Message in journal your uc stays the same

That's a big weight lifted
