Future
Is anybody else concerned that today, could be the beginning of the end of life as we know it ?
I mean Trump has gone in to Iran and bombed them - they are a nation of 95 million with "friends" such as Russia - also they have nuclear weapons !
I believe that Trump will pay for this and its going to affect the rest of the world as well.

Didn't life end with the covid pandemic? The world hasn't been the same since then. Nothing we can do about Trump or Iran from here so we just have to put up with whatever the consequences of their actions will be now.

That's a Defeatist attitude !
We didn't win 2 world wars, and every conflict that we've been involved in since 1066 with that attitude !

Put it this way, I don't think were seeing a Christmas '26

The "important ones" - we won
Agincourt - 1415
Waterloo - 1815
Spanish -1587 and again 1809 (amongst others)
WW1 1914-1918
WW2 1939-1945
OK we lost a few to the french, dutch, italians, netherlands and germans - but they are inconsequential (not important)

Waterloo and Agincourt were battles not wars!!

As a Christian I'm not scared. Plus living in the cold War era in the 80s as a teen it is the same

I think (hope) that UK will be limited to financial fallout from Trump attacking Iran - rather than any deeper structural fallout..
Incidentally - I now see the reason that Trump behaved as he did with Ukraine and Russia - he's doing exactly the same thing to Iran as Russia did to Ukraine !
Iran are a totally different kettle of fish - they will not just lie down and submit - this is going to run for years/decades unless some sort of agreement can be made.

Trump will die at 7am on 14th March – According to an un-shown episode of the Simpsons.
They've got many predictions correct in the past … So !

It's scary how many they have isn't it!

WW2 £3.75 billion (interest rate 2%) paid off in full in 2006 - I hadn't realised that Canada had loaned UK £1.25 billion as well - soon after WW2.
WW1 $4 billion - defaulted in 1934 !!
I am surprised that Trump hasn't asked for the full repayment now.

From Epstein to Trump, Covid to AI

Well US B1 bombers have arrived at RAF Fairford - last night
Today - I heard another load of US bombers - arrive - no idea how many
They appeared to be doing a tour of SW England, I am sure that many of you heard them ?

It certainly is
Is bit scary…

Sorry - but what about WW1 and WW2 where US joined when it was almost over……
And in any case - they are going to protect Cyprus - not to support Trumps illegal action.

Thanks - don't worry about me !

Trump claims that he has been "anointed by Jesus" - to get rid of Iranian leaders
What do you think of that ?

For Trump to be removed on medical or mental health grounds there would need to be substantial evidence of him having these and the impact on his ability to be the President.
As far as I am aware, no such evidence of that has been proven against him.

Donald Trump says the bombing campaign in Iran has led to "People walking around with no legs and no arms and a face that's been blown to hell". That's yet to be proven, although Trump has shown evidence that people can walk around with no brain

The worst thing about Trump is the amount of power that he has in his tiny little hands … and the fact that nobody in his cabinet has the ability to actually tell him that he is so dangerous that he could end human life on earth.
Hopefully - the prediction will come true and the world will spared any more insanity from the madman - 3 days to go……
His latest issue is the number of carp in Lake Michigan - describing them as "VIOLENT AND DESTRUCTIVE"
