    Hi

    Welcome to the community.

Can social services not help you with these things or pinpoint you to agencies/volunteer groups who may be able to assist you.

Hi @martley07, I’m really sorry to hear how much your family is dealing with, and it’s positive that you’re reaching out for support.
Can I ask if you've spoken to your brother's GP and seen if he can be referred for a mental health, developmental or neurological assessment? This is usually the quickest way to get the right professionals involved.
Because he is under 18, he can be assessed for support with his health, behaviour, and daily life. This can also lead to practical help for your whole household which may really help.

I'm also going to tag in @Richard_Scope who works in our CP Network team to see if he can suggest any support for you.
