It was a bit but I'm glad I did it. She mentioned medication and support - nothing was offered after my autism diagnosis so I'm curious what the possible support might look like.
I'm not coping with the calls from UC and they know it. You can't escape from yourself my sister used to tell me and you can't blame your parents forever.

Good for you @WhatThe You could perhaps find out what the support is like that they are offering. Would you be happy taking medication to see if it would help you?
I am sorry you are finding the UC calls too much. You know yourself better than anyone else. Please do not let what your sister has said affect you. She does not live in your shoes.
