    Good morning all

    I am feeling good today and I'm going out later to enjoy the beautiful sunshine.

    I am a bit anxious due to having horrible side effects from medication and I'm afraid to go out on my own because I get close to collapsing and yesterday in the supermarket I had an episode and I felt close to losing consciousness.

    I have a good little support network taking care of me and I am trying to get out whenever I can.

    I was so ill last year and I hardly managed to get out.

    I hope you all manage to have the best day you can.

    Hi

    He rang me yesterday and I have an appointment to see him on Tuesday so hopefully he may be able to but its up to my Consultant and the outpatients clinics are running 6 weeks behind.
