I'm okay.
Trying to stay positive but fed up with medication side effects so its difficult.
I am keeping busy to distract myself.
I have done my chores here and I'm going out later to look out to the sea.
Its so beautiful the big white waves crashing about and the golden sand.
I hope you have a good day and take care.

@Catherine21 yesterday you started this thread saying "Everyday im on high alert its like a life sentence that ive been trying to escape from for years i feel like im drowning with no escape i try to distract my mind but it constantly on a loop running in the back ground..." Do you feel like that again today? Your heart is as big as the sky. Do you know that?
@luvpink I've had dreadful experiences with meds too. I can barely tolerate anything anymore. I hope the sea soothes your troubles.

And there you are, Catherine. That heart is priceless. You don't need anything more than that. People can spend a lifetime trying to grow a heart like yours. I hope you can get to a point where you don't need to explain yourself and you don't need the validation of anyone to know that you are beautiful. Your head can spin a million miles an hour and be in a tangled mess, but your heart always shines through. I know because that's my strength too. So it takes one to know one. ๐ฅฐ

Your so incredibly kind i really value kind people that take time to soothe someone whos in crisis struggling every kind word hits like a melody in a world full of pain light shines through the ones who love and care so deeply feel everything as you so rightly say whisphers all arounds us from the sky to the Ground vibrations all around us some people are highly tuned into these frequencies i believe you are too xx

Gee shucks thanks, Catherine ๐๐ผ Thank you. That's what I mean to say about you. To me heart = kind. We're so lucky to be born with that. Even when I'm in full-blown psychosis, my heart works well. It's my anchor. It hurts to have a lot of heart, but I always say I would rather die of a bleeding heart than die with a cold heart. But not everyone has a choice.
I live in the Loud Dimension too. There's a lot of beauty and excitement there too. Currently I'm struggling with a lot of issues, though, so my time is primarily in the Whisper Dimension.
So here's one of my favourite songs for you to celebrate our hearts, "Groove is in the Heart" by Deee-Lite... โค๏ธ

Catherine, I just wrote a reply but it got stuck in the filter. Darn! We'll have to wait for the mods tomorrow to check in to continue. Bye for now. Take care.
Here's one of my favourite heart songs, "Heart of Gold" by Neil Young. (And no, I'm not making a pass at you! ๐)

@Catherine21 and
Thank you.
It was unusually quiet here today given the Easter holiday and its a popular tourist town.
It was forecast to be mild but it was quite cold and drizzle.
The sea views are beautiful and hardly anyone was walking there today.
I love when its quiet like that because we do tend to get overwhelmed with tourists.
I hope you manage to enjoy your evening.

Good afternoon, @luvpink It's sweet to hear about your experience at the sea. It's the opposite here in Malaga because it's holy week, so the city is full of gridlocks with Easter processions and it's insane out there. But I'm able to get out in the mornings if I want to, and I like my apartment so it's all good.
Hi @Catherine21 Did you see my post finally showed up above (just before the Neil Young video post)? Also, I posted some art whispers for you in the Letters thread. Hopefully you caught that. I love your writing. This is pure poetry, straight from the beautiful source that is your heart:
What boggles my mind is how you are able to convey so much information and so much passion in so few words and with no punctuation. It's amazing. There's a cartoon that I've seen about the importance of punctuation that you defy in your writing. I'll see if I can find it.
So you like the harmonica? In the 90s, I was coaxed into listening to Bob Dylan and Neil Young, which is when I fell in love with the harmonica - and both of them. Here's a song I've been listening to lately, another lullaby, that has a fabulous harmonica component. It is sad yet beautiful - both in the sound and the lyrics. It's bittersweet. Hopefully you like this, Ray LaMontagne "We'll Make it Through."

There is a whole bunch of people like us all around the world who are barely hanging on. But we do. And we are held by eachother and by people who aren't falling apart. Remember we have survived 100% of our days so far. We've got this.
